Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

Platform

"Platform" means the 77dbc.cam website, all its subdomains, mobile versions and all services provided through it.

User

"User" or "you" means any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

Account

"Account" means the user's personal registered account on the platform through which they access the services.

Bet / Wager

"Bet" or "Wager" means the act of placing a specified amount of money on a game or sports event by the user.

Money / Balance

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

77dbc may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking details
• Proof of address document

Until the verification process is complete, withdrawals and other services may be temporarily suspended.

Account Management

Account Inactivity

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)

• There is no maximum deposit limit (however account verification may be required)

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, identity verification or other security checks may cause this to take longer.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

Transaction Cancellation

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the amount of bonus received must be wagered a specified number of times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the requirement is 25x, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or other improper methods — will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, 77dbc offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own rules and expiry and these are clearly stated alongside the offer. New offers may not be combined with existing offers unless specifically stated.

VIP Program

The 77dbc VIP program has five levels, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP levels depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Users are notified in advance of any level change.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is an issue caused by a technical error. Each game has its own rules which should be reviewed before starting the game.

Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 77dbc reserves the right to cancel or restart the bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

Game Fairness

77dbc uses games from third-party software providers who use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased results. The outcome of each game is determined entirely independently.

Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• A bet placed before an event starts is valid only if the event is completed within the scheduled time

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or false information

• Attempting to hack an account or access another user's information without authorization
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or hardware
• Using bots or automated software to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harassing, threatening or harmful behavior toward other users
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of platform content
